Anyone else notice the definition vastus medialis (that’s the medial head of the quad) of the blonde? She looks like she’s got pretty large delts and tris too. I’ll bet that she’d be fun to hit the gym with.

The brunette on the right? Pffffft. She’s not going to be doing any squats or deadlifts for months.
