I’m just laughing at how dense the husband would have to be to have no idea lol, but sweet nonetheless. At least he got to marry his best friend though, right? Not your typical Thailand ‘Happy ending’, but I’d say even better :)

Man, that meal looks delicious, thanks for the recipe. I might have to try it out. I really miss a good tofu meal, my mom used to use tofu in all kinds of stuff and it seems like she’s dialed it back as she’s getting older and all the grandkids seem to now be opposed to her vegan food she used to make so regularly. I’d kill for a bit of her scrambled tofu right now. Just like scrambled eggs except somehow better! She makes a mean tofu pudding also. Not my mother’s cooking, but a local Chinese place had some amazing fried tofu you could choose as a protein, kind of defeats the healthy aspect of it I guess, but I’ll be damned if it wasn’t delicious! My oldest son used to love to eat just eat raw tofu cubed with a dash of soy sauce on it when he was in diapers, now at 22 he seems to have went to the dark side and not come back :(
