3 months agoWe just initiated a buy-back on our 2022 Leaf for a similar issue. Heads up to other owners: It was easy to do. We still owed a little on the car, called them up and said we wanted a buy back due to the battery recall, done. We had to submit some photos, but they reimbursed us the amount we paid minus some minor depreciation. We were pleased, felt we came out on top.
Or cutting into their flesh with steak knives!
