    So they purchase cars from China, who support Russia’s war against them, that need electric charging in times where the entire national grid is taking a heavy beating by drones and cruise missiles on a daily basis.

      Just a wild guess, but maybe the grid issues is exactly what makes EVs interesting? Many newer models offer vehicle2load, vehicle2home or vehicle2grid. So in case of an outage, you have a huge powerbank with wheels.
