Clean power added more to global energy supplies than any other source in 2025, according to the latest Energy Institute statistical review of world energy.

Stabilizing temperatures requires not just building a lot of renewables, but actually ending the use or fossil fuels. So the renewable build-out isn’t quite doing fast enough to do that displacement yet.

I’m optimistic that as power demand increases, green energy will surge as the market chases cheaper sources of power.
