    Is 3,000km impressive? It’s the distance from London to Athens. I’m sure people have done that many times.

      Right i drive from Darwin a major city in Australia to the next nearest major city Alice Springs and back in a weekend.

      That was 3000kms or so.

        Driving for more than 20 hours in two days with a speed of more than 100 kph is insane to be honest.

          Different strokes for different folks i guess.

          It used to be great, we had open speed limits and you could get anywhere so fast.

          Now we top out at 130kmh so getting around takes so much longer and cause the road toll to go up due to the increased fatigue

            I’m just saying it can’t possibly be safe to ride this long at high speed, even if you were pushing 200 constantly that’s 15 hours of driving.
