    Shame it’s so ugly though. The current crop of BMWs seems to have lost the plot re design.

    It’s easy to gain more range when you keep making the cars bigger and bigger and bigger. How about building an electric sedan or compact for a change?

      I get the sentiment, but in this case it seems misguided. Most of BMW’s electric models are sedans, and one of their first (the i3) was a compact car. They still have BMW pricing, so I can’t afford one (new, anyway), but they are building electric sedans.

      The new i3 will be released at the end of this year. The first of the Neue Klasse chassis. We currently have the i4, i5 and i7 as well.
