I suspect both are true.
Great plan; let’s not use the unlimited resources that we have available to us. We’ll just go with the dead dinosaurs that we’re pumping from the ground instead because clearly there was an unlimited number of those. All because a guy who doesn’t know anything about anything and lies about everything doesn’t like renewables.
