My thoughts are usually kinda… soupy. It’s equal parts dissociation, daydreaming, upcoming tasks, and at least one other random thing. It’s impossible to answer “what are you thinking about” unless im dialed in on something. Or super stressed.
Theyre not that hard to operate. Certificates depend on the company youre working for, they usually have their own qualifications. There isn’t a universal “forklift drivers license” afaik.
I worked the counter at an electrical supply house for a while and learned how to use it when I was bored, just take your time and pay attention. Have someone around who’s experienced. It’s not rocket science.

Don’t. Realize a half hour before my wife gets home that I haven’t even done the dishes. Hurriedly wash them while warming up the oven, idk what’s going in there but we’ll cross that bridge after staring at the open fridge and dissociating.
Later, ill once again play games, watch TV, or read instead of the ten minutes of work I need to do.
Tell myself ill work on it tomorrow as the background anxiety quietly rises in level.
Fall asleep on the couch in the worst position I could possibly achieve.
