Something about Troi in such a casual pose seems so odd lol. Shes always so rigid

24 usually, 45min episodes. Absolutely doable with a few hours to spare

Microwave on a dedicated circuit above counter in kitchens and gfci protected per code
You’re not putting a space heater on your kitchen counter
And once again youre supplying up to 1200w, not drawing 1200w. Any power supply system will just be matching the load being drawn
I really dont think this is the degree of a problem you think it is

I mean, yes. That’s how I make my living, im an electrician. But once again, supplying 10 amps is really not a risk in the majority of cases imo

Could be an issue for older homes with 14g branch circuits, but honestly i dont see 1200 watts being much of an issue on 20A circuits with 12g wire. Code required pretty much all branch circuits to be GFCI or AFCI protected now as well. Obviously that doesn’t mean anything for older homes that haven’t been updated yet, but AFCIs will catch the problems. Almost too aggressively.
1200 watts is only 10 amps, and branch circuits are laid out much more sensibly now than in previous decades.
Idk, as long as the home isnt like a double-wide from the 70s it should be fine.

Mfw fellow kobolds refuse to unionize

Oh damn I knew Lwaxana Troi was the computer but somehow I missed the rest of that one.
Thanks!

Give me all youve got, im watching TOS for the first time and nearly done with s2

Eh it’s not in the book so it could be approximated those ways
You dont really see “p’” followed by a consonant though, and Q has a specific sound associated with it that the other spellings dont imply.
That said im a novice
Edit: subtitles are with me tho

*petaQ, and sadly no, just the usual

Been forcefeeding my teenager classic Trek, I can’t wait for this

Lol no problem, ive been using that and the book for a few months now

In Klingon:
'IH data
Pronounced (more or less) "Ikh’, ‘H’ has a guttural throaty sound to it. And agreement goes verb-subject. Klingon doesn’t use “to be”, it more or less treats any adjective or verb in that position as an infinitive.
Additionally, male/female are (mostly) indeterminate in Klingon; the pronoun “ghaH” can mean he or she. 'IH can mean handsome or beautiful depending on the subject.

As someone else said, they were “produced” and all male, so it was generally assumed they were asexual and incapable of reproduction.
Turns out that was just an assumption and apparently the Founders gave them balls. Or maybe Odo convinced them to. Nobody knows, but there she is.

Im a (not very good) Buddhist and ive been learning Klingon for the past few months, it’s kind of a funny coincidence that a pacifist Klingon shows up now of all times XD ive appreciated it. Hopefully he gets more good moments throughout the show, his attempt at humor was adorable

Big fan, she’s a lot of fun.
Jay’Den is a treat so far too.
A jello with complicated relationships <3
