Going with c# again. I know the language super well but don’t often have a chance to get really deep into it with the stuff at work. These often present very non typical problems that require lesser used features.

The tradeoff is extra speed for extra memory use. Things were not fast in the 90s and memory was in short supply.

I don’t have a problem with maxing memory usage to make things faster. It’s what it’s there for. Especially 3d editing software.
