I’m starting to think I may have ADHD because there’s so many symptoms I relate to… But people around me including my parents just tell me I’m just energetic. Is there a test I can take maybe?

You can disable the state-less empty tab if you set zen.urlbar.replace-newtab on disabled in about:config
