3 months agoWhy the fuck is it that when a law is found to be unconstitutional, the state(s) are allowed to keep the law on the books but just can’t enforce it? I’d think part of such a decision would include a requirement to repeal the offending law.
I was under the impression that the chemicals involved in recycling paper products, combined with the fact that virgin paper is almost entirely sourced from managed, quick-growing tree farms, make paper recycling also undesirable?
