15·29 days agoIt’s unethical to diagnose, and treat, a friend/family member if you are that close.
Also given that one of the Frontline treatments for ADHD is a controlled substance - it would be a very bad look.
That said, if this is the doctor’s specialty - it is very odd that they do not know of a colleague they could refer to.
And another professor will tell you to avoid filler words.
They don’t “grow” out of it. That is an outdated belief
They just “cope”, or “pass” as normal better.

I literally have a scholarship right now for my 5 yr old daughter. The scholarship covers speech therapy, occupational therapy, and I have left overs to purchase equipment like a pc for her use but I will likely put it into a 529 for her.
If she receives this scholarship for even a few years - her college will be all covered.
