1 month agoAI is fine when it is your hands. Not when it is your brain. As long as you can vet it it can be useful for coding. Its the moment we give agency away to the AI that many see issues with it.

5·2 months agoI got a bunch of docker compose files and the envs documented so its easy to spin things up again or rollback changes. It works well enough if I’m good about keeping everything all up to date and not making changes without noting it down for myself later.

This is not a lesson to be learned from the US but rather a lesson to learn from innumerable instances of this EXACT thing happening in elections and revolutions throughout history.
