The chair connects to the bum 😂
Can someone remake this without AI?

most likely
Focusing? Believe it or not, jail.

Unfortunately, some people still believe this is true, just like some people believe AIDS is contagious by touch: https://www.npr.org/sections/13.7/2015/08/17/432541935/belief-that-mental-illness-can-be-contagious-contributes-to-isolation
I personally found VSCode slower.
You need a decent machine to run iJ, but it’s worth it and it’s really fast when you have enough RAM to give it. I recommend at least 32, but I have 64.
Yes, all of JetBrains’ tools handle project-wide renames practically perfectly, even in weirder things like Angular projects where templates may reference variables.
There are many more meds to try than just Vyvanse. If you have a good psychiatrist, they’ll likely run you through Concerta, then Adderall, then Dexedrine, etc.
There are stimulants and non-stimulants. I personally took Concerta for a really long time, and it destroyed my personality and delayed my social learning by years. I then went cold turkey on it, and after 3 years, found that I was non-functional.
I’ve been on Adderall for about a year now, very few side effects (for me) and recently bumped my dosage from 10 to 15. Drugs affect different people differently, so you really just have to try them out.
setVeryLoud(true);@lemmy.cato Programmer Humor@programming.dev•Vibe Coders might be serious, but I cannot take them seriously, especially when they say "It is a must-have skill".5·2 months agoThat’s right. My concern is also that LLM users may shadow skilled programmers in the short term, potentially devaluing their skills or putting some of them out of a job, at least until the LLM-built code starts shitting itself and they crawl back to actual programmers for help.

AI is a tool, it should never be the final product nor exposed to the user.
It’s a fancy autocomplete to throw ideas against, you still need to know what the fuck you’re doing, and vibe coders have no clue. This means we’re now concerned about a rise in vulnerable code.
You’re so fucking welcome

Yes, it means “virtual machine”, but not the kind you’re thinking of.
This isn’t like VMware Workstation, this is more like the Java VM or the Dalvik VM, it’s a virtual execution environment for a specific purpose.
Oh yeah Copilot just spirals deeper into insanity the more you use it.
It’ll sometimes spit your own code back at you and say “there, I fixed it”, and it does the same when you point it out ad vitam aeternam. I believe this is a case of hardcore over fitting the original prompt.
