From what I am seeing, your “friend” is not the kind of person you want to be friends with. Maybe it is time to find new friends.
You okay dude?
3rd row, 1st column Bubble’s dad?
4th row, 3rd column Peewee Herman?
I guess it depends on the dog, chihuahua or Jack Russell, not so much. But a Doberman, or boxer sized weasel would be frightening.
why this guidance is so heavily repeated.
Not only repeated, but blindly repeated.
This is what it looks like today
There are two pictures of it “currently” (I use quotes because it is a republication of an 8 year old article). And neither one really shows what it looks like today.
But there is a lot of growth. Which makes me wonder why people say to not compost citrus peels.
When we bought our composter the group selling them had a seminar as part of the purchase to teach you how to compost and no citrus was one of the top things they said with no explanation even when asked. I also used to do layouts for children’s books and one was about composting and it reiterated this.
I am unsure Warcraft 2 or any Doom title counted as forgotten. Warcraft 2 got a modern release, and doom is always around.
Master of Magic was a great game, I forgot about that one.
I love Heretic. I played it at the computer lab while everyone else was playing doom.
I vaguely remember playing this at my friend’s house. I had mcga so a lot of the good games did not work on my system.
Two of my favorites are The Ancient Art of War at Sea which I was never able to run on my pc because I only had MCGA, and even with my CGA emulator it was not enough.
The other was Nightmare on Elm Street: Dream Warriors. This game really cemented my love for the Elm Street franchise.
Because of the mcga issue, my most played games were ascii games like Hack, Larn, DND, Mines of Moria.
You need to view the post from .ml I think you add the .nl link after lemmy.ml/ do not remember the exact syntax. You could also go to the community from .ml and look for the post.
Tim Walz probably:
Neat! Now if I could see which of my subscriptions has new posts/comments.
Most sites that were hosted before 2010 are gone now.
I hosted a forum for guilds in several games I played over the years. I had mine up from 2005-2019 but my board’s php version got way behind the host‘a and it no longer works. Someday I will find someone to help me fix it, or start a new one.
The benefit to a forum is that posts with new comments move to the top. If a Reddit/Lemmy post gets a single new comment it may or may not be seen again by anyone except the OP or of the comment was a reply then to the op of the replied comment.
Some forums do have up/down votes as well as nested comments.
Or a video that should have been an article.
