I guess it carries more weight when one of the relatively large actors in the field openly talks about it.I feel like lots of organisations did not want to believe this, because it would’ve meant they need to pick a different provider to be legally compliant. If a larger actor talks about it, they will have a harder time arguing in court that they thought they were doing everything correct, which is likely to result in higher fines.
Now if only I could sign up for OVH cloud without getting flagged as a bot and blocked.
I want to give them money but their fraud check keeps making it so I can never buy any of their products.
Even their customer support can’t fix it.
