    What the hell is “renewable” natural gas?

    Edit: I see, it’s from landfill and food waste and stuff. I guess it hurts my brain to think of it as renewable since I think of renewable as without creating emissions.

      Yeah, it’s better to use it for power than let it into the atmosphere which is usually the alternative. It’s an extremely nasty greenhouse gas.

      renewable never meant anything about emissions, just that it can be replenished. For example humans are a renewable resource, as is pork.
