I recently started to paint my nails. First time it was such a flood of euphoria, and again when I shyly but proudly showed a friend and she was super supportive 🤗

In the english language, they/them are pronouns used when you don’t know a person’s gender. So in that sense you’re using them perfectly right.
However, relatively recently people started to adopt they/them as their own pronouns and some people might not identify with these pronouns and therefore might be displeased if they/them are used for them. But I struggle in a similar way as you (AuDHD here) and have not met a single person who was still angry after I explained my struggles (showing effort might be key for some though).
However, most people who rant about they/them (or pronouns in general, weirdly enough) are part of the anti-woke crowd (and grifters from those bubbles).
Oooh, I love these keyboards. I wish they came in QWERTZ and with numpad/in full size, too.
Trucking companies are a spectrum from super supportive all the way over to creepy towards the trans community. But never hateful.
That was not my intention. It was just an explanation, nothing more.
Because we grew up internalizing external expectations. You have to unlearn that if you don’t want to feel pressured into completing the last three achievements, but that’s hard AF especially for people who are masking a lot. And until then you feel guilty for not completing a game because you missed an achievement or didn’t find all collectibles.
This text feels like an insulting compliment. Or a complimenting insult. Or something. It absolutely swings backs and forth between toxic masculinity and comfortable inclusivity.
Shaving. Now, that also does have something to do with low self-esteem and being scared about how I’d look without beard since I am bearded for half my life and didn’t shave my face smooth since I was 16, but I’d like to try but then everybody and their mom would ask why and I don’t want to answer (I’m a bad liar and don’t feel comfortable lying, too).
Edit: I appreciate y’all wanting to help, but please stop. I didn’t ask for advice, I’ll probably eventually figure something out and I kinda feel pressured and pushed, it’s really not great. Sharing your own experiences is fine, but more is really not needed (especially if you’re suggesting coming up with excuses)
I’m waiting curiously for you sharing your experience with a boyfriend running on Linux. Are drivers for chores embedded in the kennel or dou you need to install them later?
I bet navies could be cool if it wasn’t for all that military toxic masculinity and war stuff. So basically big boats and cute uniforms.
