no my digestion is fine, i never have any pain. I think it’s largely been caused by me eating vastly varying amounts of fibre, as it seems to be getting a lot more reliable these days and i’ve gotten better at making sure every meal has some fibre.

and i’m one of the people who seem to occupy that entire range, somehow
