DS9 didn’t technically have any hollodeck glitch episodes. It had one where characters from people’s imaginations came to life, but no holodeck glitches.
Our Man Bashir is one for sure. Move Along Home could be argued for, as that may have been an advanced alien holodeck but if it was malfunctioning or just dramatically ironic is arguable. Similarly Bada-Bing Bada-Bang kinda might count; the holodeck isn’t working as its users intend it to but it is working the way the author intended.
