I am currently experiencing a issue with my coffee subscription service MistoBox. They recently had a website upgrade (the announcement included AI in it) and parts of the site are broken. I’m currently past my next order date with no confirmed coffee. I’m highly frustrated as a long time subscriber (years) and considering switching to Trade Coffee.

    I don’t want to be tied to one roaster. I like getting to experience coffees from places inaccessible to me otherwise.

      I suggest you get a pound or three locally so you can take your time deciding next steps. I use Groundwork and they’ve been pretty reliable.
