The supreme court ruling made me so angry I did some math. One of the “biological advantages” they like to talk about is height, but if you pick a random woman over 6 feet tall off the street in the US, she only has about a 10% chance of being trans. And that’s using overestimates of how many trans women there are and their height distribution.
It’s been many years since I did the math, but I think it’s in the upper 6’ range where a woman becomes more likely to be trans. But on the other hand I’ve met more cis women that height than trans women
