I started DS9 and OMG the pacing is so different.
Stick with it. Really hits its stride late into season 3.

Lursa is a nefarious criminal and I would say Lanel is a sex pest (she took advantage of a position of power but did still give him the choice). But other than that, this list is defamatory.
The choice? Riker had two options:
- Have sex with this alien
- Remain a prisoner and probably have medical experiments performed in him
She did not give him much of a choice. She raped him.
Not sure what else you see wrong with that list.
