I once had a QA engineer file a bug against me for an unresponsive touchscreen. I walked over to his area and peeled the plastic film off the screen.
An unfortunate number of bugs have been resolved by removing some sort of tape. I once flew across the country to peel a piece of electrical tape off of some sensors.
