I had a GF who always had her phone on full brightness. She said she couldn’t read stuff otherwise. My suggestion was to maybe stop burning out her eyes. It was super annoying in bed in the dark and especially when I was driving with her at night.

Edit, oh, and she’d do exactly this to me! Say “hey check this out” and stick her full brightness phone in my face. Over and over. Never seemed to understand the problem.
