Is this a reference to that comic where a small dragon tries to… “take” one of these bollards? Because that comic gave me second-hand pain that I can still feel in my bones.

But I agree, it’s important to establish boundaries and to enforce them, and that’s something I sometimes struggle with, too, especially in the context of work (when they ask for overtime, extra shifts, extra work, that sort of stuff).
