I started jump rope for daily cardio a few days ago. I am essentially starting from less than zero.
Things are not going well in the calf and tibialis area. I’m sure it’ll be good for me in the long run, but whoa are stretches not cutting it. I think I could play through the fire and flames on my Achilles tendon some mornings.
