I’m kinda proud of myself because I’ve gotten pretty thicc over the past year. One day a week, I do nothing but leg and butt exercises at the gym, and it’s definitely paying off :3
Step one for killer thighs and nice hips, go for a walk (preferably up a hill and slowly maintain the descent on the way back)
Another option would be to move somewhere walkable so that walking becomes an automatic part of your day.
