is it possible to repost from an instance your instance is defederated with? i am not sure, but it makes sense to me that it would be impossible, so someone just found workaround to copy the content.
That Risa isn’t defederated with .world, though. I’m a member and it’s visible. As far as crossposting to an otherwise unaffiliated instance is concerned, I am uncertain.
Possibilities I’ve considered:
