Fanfic premise: Q discovers sitcom laugh tracks, and loves them. Everything Picard says gets a laugh, everything Riker says gets a round of applause. Everything Wesley says or does gets an “awww”. Everything Deanna does gets that weird “ooooo” audiences used to do at every sitcom kiss.
Riker is amused, Picard is not.
