    I’ve never regretted spending a week playing video games. I have regretted doing some jobs. Take the enjoyment of relaxation and treasure it.

    And that’s perfectly valid. Sometimes you need time to yourself; being unproductive physically can be very productive mentally.

      Yes, and it’s super important to be aware of that. After a longer period with lots of stuff to do, I often need a week to start feeling like myself again, and I’m not very “productive” during that week. Once that week (or two) is over, I slowly start doing things again. That may not possible for a lot of people working full-time jobs, which is why I’ll delay getting a job as long as possible, but nobody should feel bad for resting after an exhausting time (and full-time jobs are always exhausting).
