I actually hated how the bluebrix set looked. I also dont like the lego set look.
It’s not their fault, they did the best they could for the size, but the ships are too big for a “reasonably priced” set to look good, IMO. They’d need to be as large as the star wars legacy set or whatever they call it. The big ones with like 3k-12k pieces.
I’d consider selling a kidney if it meant I could get a coffee table size enterprise or Voyager. I might do very illegal things in order to get a 2ft Akira, Miranda, or D’Deridex.
Or get a multicolor 3d printer and delve into the joys of post-print assembly!
I mean, it’s still brickbuilt. Not everyoane likea that, that’s fine, but it’s just part of what it is. For people who don’t like that, there’s Revell or similar companies.
