I get ya, though she has a small part in Lower Decks as a captain.
She was suppose to become a new cast member, but things didn’t work out.

I was going to comment a screenshot of Data standing in and leaning against a doorway seductively, but it seems that did not happen in this episode. Was that actually not even Data? What am I confusing this with?
EDIT: I was probably confusing it with “the Naked Now”. Though I was definitely mentally picturing a close-up, not a background gag like this
